Changes for 2026:

Monthly Assessments will increase to $289.00. If you are utilizing the Webaxis portal for recurring payments, you must make the adjustment to those scheduled payments to reflect the new 2026 assessment prior to January 1st. Also you must delete the current automatic payment, and create a new transaction with the updated amount. If you are paying by check, a new coupon book will be mailed out by mid-December. A copy of the adopted 2026 budget for Williamsburg Commons COA is posted on the documents page.

The monthly Board Meetings will be held on the third Monday instead of Tuesday. An invitation for each monthly meeting will be sent out through the website around the first of the month.

You will have to register on our Property Management  Portal to make online payments. As a owner and Association member, you should register on the UPA portal to set up your account. Please direct all questions to our UPA property manager Melissa Moon. Info is on the contact tab.

Our Community web page is here to inform our residents of what is being done to manage and maintain the property. 

Here you will find the Associations documents including Board Meeting minutes, financial reports, Management Co. Contact information and important notices concerning your property and the steps we are taking to improve the condition and value of your investment in our community. This only works if, you as owners, participate so please encourage your neighbors to sign up.

Before you can log in, you need to register an account with us. You must be a Unit Owner of record or Tenant with a valid lease in order to be approved. You will see a Register Tag in the upper-right corner. Click on it and fill out the profile. Once approved, you will gain access to otherwise restricted pages and documents. We will also be able to keep you informed of anything that may affect the common interests of your community. (e.g., Safety, Security, or an Emergency) 

We welcome your questions and ideas. A "Comments" page has been created to list any contractors/vendors that unit owners recommend for services performed in their units. If you would like to recommend a business to list on this page, send it to [email protected]. Please include your name and unit address.
